The scout is flying. I don’t know why. Is this a bug?

I found that if you have a mimic, there is actually no need to knock the enemies back. Will this be fixed as well?

Actually, think of using the mimic as an “out of the box” method. It is not a bug, exactly, but is a method you can use to complete the level. Therefore, I seriously doubt it will be fixed.
That you came up with this unique method is a good thing! Well done 
While each level is intended to teach/reinforce a certain concept, if you have enough of an understanding and the ingenuity to solve the level by out-of-box methods, then good for you! Please, just make sure you do understand the concept…it might just come back and byte you in later, more advanced, levels.
