So, in the Minecraft topic, recently there has been a lot of discussion about Bedrock vs Java. We dont want to get TOO off-topic there. I was thinking yes, it is about minecraft, but if it is a really big discussion, we should make a topic for it and then post other stuff in the minecraft topic. So here is all of the bedrock vs Java stuff now!

So, I dont want to start a fight, this is just for fun, but @Ashmit_Singh could you list some of the reasons, why you think Bedrock is better? I really have counterparts for both, but I voted bedrock, because that’s what I play

watch this video or i can list a few:
Bedrock has:
better performance
tridents are useful
creative mode players can eat
movable tile entities
no COOLDOWN FROM 1.9!!!
Less bugs
Larger community
Marketplace
To play older marketplace stuff, just need newest version
skin maker
minigames in older edition
less toxic community

I agree with all of those points. But tridents are also useful in Java. Idk how they are more useful in bedrock

But Java does have the Glowing effect you can give yourself.

Impaling deals damge to all entities in bedrock, not just fish, also they deal most damage ,9, as axes don’t deal extra damage so most is 8 without trident

also by having notch apples with you, you can save 10 seconds of time to escape the void as constant eating saves you

But that does not meant that tridents in java are useless. They are still pretty powerful

I like bedrock for many reasons, but I also like Java. It’s a hard choice!! But I went with Java.
