# Codecombat subscription bug

I decided to let my sister start using codecombat, but as she started playing she found that after playing 5 levels on kithguard’s dungeon the next level called Cell Commentary kept telling her to buy a subscription to play the level. When I first started using codecombat, this never happened. What is happening? And if this is intentional, I’m just saying that codecombat developers got a little too greedy on this one. Locking free levels behind paywalls wasn’t asked for.

One of greedy developers here. Yes, now you need subscription to play more than first 5 levels. Levels arent free. You still can make your levels yourself and play it for free.
