**Skills Granted:** _ **Call from the Heaven** _

```

_The enemy will freeze and will take 20 dmg every 0.1 second, this will continue for 5 seconds and has a 15 second cooldown_

_ **Shadow Blast:** _

```python
hero.cast('shadow-blast', x, y)

```

_Deals 750 damage in a stright line and anyone hit by it will take 750 damage even if it’s neutral or human unit, has a 10 sec cooldown_

_ **Description:** _ The Ultimate staff, forged from the magic crystals in heaven, wings of angels and the power of god.
