# Not getting gems from simulating

I simulated 900 games and I am not getting gems. I thought that you get gems for simulating games, but I am not getting gems for it. Also, I simulated for 3 days now but my achievement paper says that the last time I got gems for simulating says that I got it 5 months ago. Please help!

I tried to do their way but it didn’t work. I wonder if simulating even more would work.

It’s okay.  
I think clearing the cache or switching the browser might work, but as I haven’t yet encountered this issue and the main topic for this issue did not provide much assistance, this is the most I can do. Hope this helps anyway 🙂
