Only remind people if its not allowed if you know

So people were recently always saying things like: „I think this is not allowed but im not sure“ I just wanted to say, try to only remind people that it is not allowed if you know for sure. Otherwise its kinda awkward and people dont know if its actually not allowed or not. Remember you can always check the guidelines again.
