# The game isn't letting me use a code that the level calls for

When ever I try to use “Else” the game keeps saying I cannot use it even though the description of the level keeps sating that I need to use it.

Can you paste your code? Be sure to surround the code block inside of 3x` before and after so it formats it properly.

Maybe you arent using it right, like in python you have to indent and in java script you have to do something else…(I only know python sorry 😅)

@FoxtrotGunslinger this topic was dead, FYI. My suggestion would be to check your gear to make sure you have the Programmaticon book equipped.
