Nah, itās definitely different. I thought that there is no need in double sharps/flats when I first learned about them but then it was explained in solfegio classes.

Itās a subject in music schools where you learn how to read music, listen to music (aka writing the notes you heard in a proper form), harmonies etc etc etc
