What does hurl do(okar abbility)

I was thinking what does hurl do? any answers?if @Deadpool198 or @brooksy125 or @PeterPalov do you know what it does? and if so does it deal damage?

The name says it all – It hurls a target upward.

but what is its use?

If you have an enemy melee hero getting close to your hero, you can “hurl” them away.

so it is like making sure a enemy does not attack your hero(in this case okar)

also how do you close topics?
