She might have a bug in star shower. There are no random seeds, and the code works fine for me, and im using same gear, to reproduce. Works for me.

Okay. I see 2 problems.
Try changing the second if to this:
if item and item.type == "coin" and hero.distanceTo(item) <20
Also, try to equip faster shoes.
It does not make a difference
