Plus the simulation would run so slowly, I once tried that with poison cloud but just gave up because it kept freezing

I copied the code from Mad Maxer Gets Greedy and adding if (enemy) {
hero.attack(enemy);
}, but he just attacks one enemy is says “but it is dead.” My hero is Tharin.

You could use decoys. That might work.
