It appears that I need to purchase the programmaticon III, but when I do it just takes me to where I can buy more gems.

As far as I can tell, the current platform cannot retroactively give you an item if you completed a level before an item giveaway/reward was attached to it. On the plus side, since all the code is saved, all you have to do is resubmit and win and you’ll immediately be given the item.
