It’s an ice dragon, so it’s reasonable it’s complete made out of ice, but the ice on its knuckles are the most powerful. He might’ve gotten into a battle with Ritic, and the dragon trapped him into the ground with its knuckles (which is the strongest ice and body part of the dragon), but his knuckles are so strong that even the dragon himself can’t pull it apart from the immovable enchanted ice (which is the floor, and the knuckles made a dent in it to trap Ritic, but only a small dent), so he had no choice but to perform a painful surgery on his own and cut away his knuckles.

pretty reosonable except that it has a counterthe ice dragon is shown with his knuckles and you said completely made of ice and that on e had bones so it not that one either
