Not trying to be skeptical but I’d leave it to Nitrotype to resolve your problem. Also if any of this involves sharing personal information(ie. email address) it is prohibited.

I am trained somewhat to counter them… I got my account back and if you want I can show you NT gave me permission to give them Ip adresses of hackers

I highly doubt you have permissions to access IP addresses of users unless you’re part of their staff team. (Since IP addresses should be disclosed and not shared to non-staff users) Anyway, the best bet is to create a new account since it’s hard for them to resolve the issue.
