sin/cos is equal to tan

So sin(k)/cos(k)=tan(k) which spells tank

Medical support is free here, apart from additional stuff like special dentist or oculist appointments (they are usually free too but you may get better ones if you pay extra)

In the US if you don’t have good insurance, you’re done for. It can get really expensive

Here the employers just pay 30% of your income for the pension and medical support before they pay you your salary, that’s why the nominal incomes are lower. So if you count these 30%, medical support also is kinda expensive
