Judges will rate on 2 things:
looks: (self explanitory, plating)
recipe or combination (how easy it would be to recreate or how the food looks/would taste together and if it fits or not)
and average the scores out.

Here’s my submission.
It’s lamb leg with a balsamic vinegar sauce with bell pepper marinate, fokacha, (a traditional bread) and “Potato gardens” it is a rose shaped potato and bacon dish with Parmesan cheese as the polen for the rose. And to top it off, some prochuto and salami.
