yes it is very hard cuz the story mode has a casual mode but it is still very hard in casual mode
The whole level looks so unpredictable. Do you just have to play it over and over to memorise the pattern?
pretty much but it is also synched to music so its a little easier but mostly just play die reapet

eh for me like 6 hours for the main story mode but their is a bonus chapter i have not beaten plus challenge a few more tracks that are not in story mode
plus all the levels have a hardcore mode and you can try to get S rank on them
Isant it a bit pricy?
kinda but it was worth it for me i prefer fun over length
also, story mode would probably take longer if i had not done most of the levels in casual mode LOL
another game i would highly recomend is undertale it is honestly one of my favorite games of all time

its not like pokemon at all exept that the style is 16-bit
