Which is more powerful? Scaled gloves, or Emperors gloves? (I have both, just waiting for an answer, so I can wear the more powerful one.)
scaled gloves freeze the enemy for 1 sec and does 10 damage so emperor is better
yeah but the chain-lightning has a longer cooldown if you were a wizard that had the spell book but still good
