Contact form is not sending a message

I tried to use “Contact CodeCombat” form,
entered my email and message,
but when I click on “Send Feedback” button, “Sending…” text appears and that’s it.

I wanted to know if it’s possible to buy subscription for an existing user - to gift subscription?
