How to obtain titles?

Hey everyone, recently I saw a person with a “Youtuber” title https://discourse.codecombat.com/u/hellenar/summary, and I’ve seen another like “Decryptor” https://discourse.codecombat.com/u/monsty/summary. I was just wondering how to get these? Has this been mentioned before here, or has stupid me not found anything after quite a few minutes on searching~

Hellenar was very active and helpful and she had a YouTube channel so she received the YouTuber title.
