Also what level is this we might be able to see what equipment it wants you to use.
That is the only best pair you have so It wants you to equip it but you can’t therefore you must buy new glasses

This just happened to us as well.
try getting a better item than the one that’s needed but restricted as it needs you to wear something with the same ability
