I believe they use someone’s code for the different CPU levels, not an actual CPU. This is also why you will run into bad code that locks up your hero and you can see the red X on the enemy.
It looks like the link you have is an actual email address so you need to send an email to that address.

Hmm, I think it might be that they’ve just said “stupidhead”. To be perfectly honest I don’t think it’s really that bad… It’s just a joke, I wouldn’t take it too seriously.
But if you really want to email them, then yes that it their email, and as brooksy said you need to use gmail or some other email service to send an email to that address.
