Looks like your hero dies and then raise-deaded.
but I cant raise the dead…
The worlocks probably did that.
What happened is your hero died. Then the ogre warlocks cast raise-dead on you, bringing you back to life on the ogre side, and they must have cast grow on you as well boosting your health and making you grow large.
