Starting to struggle with runtime. Noting how python runs slower than java: does time limit (for code runs too slowly result) vary for different languages? If so, I might rewrite my program in javaâŚ
Additionally: Iâve recovered my original account, will be unsubmitting on this account. Only one account will have non-template code for final submission.
In this game all languages run the same speed.
Also the Java in this game is not polished, there are a lot of bugs or stuff that isnât what you expect.

question: I lose to k_k_javascript on red but win on blueâin final matchmaking, does this come down to luck or will games be ran on both sides?

I think its luck but Iâm not sure. I beat half of the top 5 as red but loose as blue. 
I predict:
1st. k_k_javascript
2nd. SkyeNXT
3rd. buddeycc
4th. iggymaster99
5th. Arran
The color imbalance has always been a concern, and I have at least 2 matchups like that. A possible solution is to rerun the matches between all of the top 20 with the opposite coloring and count each of those reruns and original matches weighted so they only count as 0.5 matches instead of 1. It would require simulating less than 200 more matches, so it wouldnât slow down the simulations.

When will the results be published. Usually it shows when in the arena home page but it looks like this right now:
It usually looks like that when the arena ends except that instead of saying âresults will be published in (certain amount of time)â it says âresults will be published by ownerâ. The system shock screen shows results will be published in 7 days, so it should probably be the same

you will always be able to submit your code, but the codes used for the final simulation are the codes that were submitted at the time when the arena ends, which was on new yearâs day
