None of the achievements will unlock on my account. Not even “Signed Up”. It might be because my account is from before the achievements system was implemented.

I got signup and levels achievements, but not “Simulated ladder game” one.
Yep same problem here. I only have the signup achievement. None of the level ones
The “Signed Up” acheivement unlocked for me, but that is the only one that unlocked.
This is still not fixed.
