from cut stone builder’s hammer on, I have not been able to build anything (fence, palisade, arrow tower, etc.) but instead I can buildXY troops (paladin, peasant, griffin rider, etc.), I am using python and boss star 4 (it did not work on the other boss stars).

Ah, the cut stone builder’s hammer isn’t implemented yet, so it doesn’t have any buildable types on it. It was supposed to be unlocked at a level that was not currently reachable in the game, but I guess a few players have recently earned so much experience that it became unlocked anyway!
I’ll increase the thresholds until it is implemented.
