Month ago I bought 1-Month Premium for my child. Now I would like to buy a One-Year Premium.
I should say, that I have 2 accounts, one is mine, and second of my child. (so - “Adult” and “Child”)
But, when I try to buy a Premium from my Adult account it WARNS: Do you really sure, that you want buy the Premium access TO YOURSELF, but NOT FOR your child?" So its very confused me.
When I tried to prolongue Premium from account of my child it just says: “you have 1 Month Premium” and thats over. No buttons like “Pay”, “Buy” or “Prolongue”.
Could you please prompt me, how could I prolongue Premium access for account of my child?

(so here I see the logical - the kid has the Subscription, but no access to any financial movements)

Hi, I have lifetime subscription (from like 3-4 years ago before they removed it) but I’m not so sure as I’m 12 and I don’t do the transactions myself

I have communicated with our support team regarding this,
Currently, we don’t allow prolonging, however we could assist you manually,
you can cancel the monthly subscription and then buy the yearly one ( ending the monthly subscription early), but we will add an extra month of premium as replacement for ending your current subscription early.
Otherwise you could wait for the current monthly subscription to end and stop renewal, then buy the yearly subscription.

thank you for supporting, I’d be happy to chose the first way (so now I’ll cancel the premium and will buy yearly one).
Can I be sure, that all the results of my child would not be lost? It is safe regarding the already passed/solved lessons?

Also, premium is pretty good. (42000 gems per year from having yearly subscription if I remember correctly)
