Cloudtrip Mountain is locked for me.
I have finished all 97/97 levels from Sarven Desert.
Also I have a subscription.

Try doing (submitting) the last level in Sarven Desert again. Sometimes that will unlock something that didn’t get unlocked the first time. If that does’t work, post here again and we’ll get some help.
