Lost Attack speed on haste and Attack power on Grow and Shrink spells

For “haste” there is attack speed buff on description

For “grow” and “shrink” there is attack power buff/debuff on description

grow" and "shrink

But in fact there is only movement speed buff for “haste”
health buff, movement speed debuff for “grow”
health debuff, movement speed buff for “grow”

Were these spells nerfed ?
Or description error?
Or had planned to do in the future, but it did not happen?
