Hi, my kids have played for an hour and beat 12 levels. It prompted them to create an individual account (not subscription) and I did. Now it will not allow them to play ANY other levels but those 12 levels!! All other levels on all islands demand a subscription! I thought there were 145 free levels! What the heck? Pleas help!
Did they play those “master” levels where they have to move to the second world?
No, just the first 12 little levels in the dungeon.
