Just remove the dev=true. Also @ducky, be sure to add a goal to the level.
There are no goals so the levelm is impossible

All of your levels have no goals 
Ik they are just for fun but also sort of challenging to beat.
Well, then its impossible to beat
But they are beatable but are not officially beatable
