I would say Usara, her abilities seem very powerful. She could be very useful with her powerful abilities.

If you have another strong warrior (like Okar) and you have the best equipment for a wizard, it’s better to buy Usara. If you don’t have the best equipment/don’t have gems for it, it’s better to buy Illia.

I have okar and the second best stuff in warrior(worn dragonplate stuff) for wizard i have the embroidered griffin stuff.
