Switch from student to individual account

Hello,

I have accidentally switch to a student account somehow.
And I can not login into the play section of the game any more.
It just redirects to me a page where I am supposed to enter a class code, which I do not have.

Is there a way to switch to an individual account?

Yep – you just need to email team@codecombat.com and include your CodeCombat username and email address.

Hiya,

I did the same as the post owner, and emailed the team 3 days ago but haven’t heard back? I haven’t received a ticket number or anything either to say they’ll get to my email.

Could anyone help?
