I am confused. Is this chart showing how to climb the ranks? Because if it is then this:

Isn’t possible for TL3 users like me.

Also do you have to complete all of these tasks to climb the ranks? I’m not trying to complain but it is a lot if you are trying to get to Level 4.

If I’m not wrong, it’s not how to increase your rank, but what you can do at which rank, if you’d have it.

Ohh ok. Also is it true what this site says when it talks about how to get Trust Level 4. It says you have to be manually promoted or a vote may take place. Is this true and if so, why does CC use this method?

The voting system is not completed yet. Technically TL4 is for moderators and admins. TL4 has way too many abilities that can easily be misused, this is why CoCo avoids any non-staff TL4 users.
