HONESTLY, as a person in marketing you need to create more attachment into the game for people to manage to have a monthly payment into it. My suggestion, first create a fan, then profit from the product.
Steps
Open CodeCombat with 5 levels and a free vs with no option to play in the same team with your friends environment with Ads in the bottom. After you have created a FAN, then have another 30 levels for they to improve there skills and play in the same team with there friends under a Membership, and honestly, check on the price again, because the governments could be interested to backup this proyect so the people improve there skills.
