He/She is not asking for suggestions the tittle says Cant buy wizard or ranger.

Oh I thought it was a equipment problem. If you have a subscription and you have enough gems to buy a new ranger or wizard contact support@gmail.com

Have you tried equipping a wizard/ranger(ie. Hushbaum and Amara), then selecting a level to play with that hero? The equipment menu should let you purchase any wizard/ranger items.
