Glitch on typing code

Each time my students or I try to type in any code we get a list of random letters appear and the help menu does not appear.

Can you share a screenshot or a bit more detailed information to reproduce the problem?

There was an issue that was causing repeated characters on older versions of Safari and IE web browsers. We believe we have corrected this.
