When I play a level it shows the characters and the items but it doesn’t show anything else, just flickering gray. any reason?
We’ll need some more information about your setup in order to help. What browser and operating system are you using? Has it worked in the past, but stopped working, or is this your first attempt? Can you include a screenshot so we can see exactly what is wrong?
