Maybe people who finished every single level (including subscriber and game/web dev) would be able to get the level 66 items???

No, I think it is better when they are getting released sometimes.

No, it’s not possible.
And plus if that were the case, most of the level 66 items don’t even have functions.

Or maybe, if you had an incredible program for replayable levels, you could eventually reach level 66? I am at level 39.
