Well, it’s theoretically possible but you need to beat all the replayable levels many times and simulate games.

no, but there are glitches in the game’s code where you could get level 66 items but I think it’s patched now.

Yeah, Chaboi does a lot of things normal people can’t do right now. He tests levels and items not open to us.
