Why are the levels I create are not appearing 
my level is new siege
That’s not how it works. They will not appear. Only admins can put levels on the map. The only way you can see and play your level is from the level editor.
However, if you learn how to make quality levels and hang out in hipchat. Nick may approve your level to go in the actual live game. But that’s not going to happen without devoting a lot of time to learning the in’s and outs of the level builder and what goes into making a quality level. So for now just concentrate on that aspect of it.
