Even though I have never bought a membership, it says that I own three pets. However, I can’t equip any of them. Can I use them or not?
you can’t use them, it just means you unlocked them in a freemium level and can’t use them. Not a bug

oops, I read your comment wrong, I meant the pets could not be equipped on a regular level without subsription. Like “summits gate”
It says that you own it because it is free and you get that automatically.
