Can you specify what is the problem? Is it the English text not being translated?
Non-English translations are mainly contributed by the community, and often not 100% complete. If you or anyone is interested in helping to translate levels, check out the Diplomat (Translator) contribution guide.
For the time being, until the proper translator is made and approved, Iād recommend using a translator service such as Google Translate.
