Hi! Can anyone tell me why simulating games doesn’t give me gems or experience? Also, is there a way a to fix it?

That does happen. I sometimes come across similar issues.
Me too. I’m not getting any more gems or XP.
You have to make changes to your account to have it check how many games you’ve simulated. I believe it checks about 1 in 10 times you make changes. The easiest way to do this is to play with your volume settings.
