Simulating more than 4000 games but I received no profit

Hello. I have been simulating more than 4000 games but got no gems and XP? I thought I can get some when simulating? Please help. Thanks.

Yes, you can get gems by simluating, although you need to solve a couple of levels and you will get them. (at least I got)

This doesn’t help. I still cannot trigger the simulating games award. I just want some extra XP and gems but cannot do that by simulating. Please help
