Subscription unable to unsubscribe

I wanna warn everyone who wants to subscribe.I unsubscribed May 2017 and they still billing from my bank account January 2018.Support without communication.Be careful!!!

This is the first time I’ve heard of this happening. @Maka is the point of contact for this board and it sounds like something he can take care of.
