Nice! I was born on Easter. (My birthday isn’t always on Easter though)
But to be on topic (the topic is about FOOD), I can tell you: I eat birthday cake on Easter, if it is on Easter.

Sometimes my birthday lands on Thanksgiving and we normally are in Texas for Thanksgiving (it lands on Thanksgiving once every few years)
