I made a HUGE dark oak mansion in survival one time, it’s probably the best thing i’ve ever made, and then i had to update minecraft and it disappeared forever

Ty the Birch house took me a lot of days and a lot of deaths also my sister trying the game out and getting kicks from killing me.

I have a few big builds happening, such as a huge temple with 40-ish block tall columns all around. I haven’t made much progress, but I want the columns to extend as far as the eye can see.
Considering the fact that I can barely construct a nether portal in survival mode. The answer is yes.

I also like to play Minecraft but I like java better
I never play survival with a real completion goal, and often give myself loot drops by switching into creative. I’ve never entered the nether in survival without cheats.
I haven’t went into the nether without turning the mode on to peaceful
All you need is a bucket, some water, and a lava pool
That’s not really the reason why I turn the mode to peaceful everytime
Yeah, it’s really hard getting into the nether.
Since the nether update was added, getting to the nether has been easier (because the partial nether portal things were added). However, the nether update has made it a lot harder to do things in the nether because of all the new monsters.
