Sometimes you just need to get off the discourse and touch some grass (It’s still great though). Behold the exercise topic: Talk about cardio, bodybuilding, weightlifting, long distance running or anything related to exercise as mentioned in the title. Just remember to follow the rules
Touch some what?
What’s “grass”?!
It’s purportedly a common type of this strange type of organism known as the “plant,” part of the kingdom of life by the same name. Brave explorers have reported that the green “plant” sprouts up in small sticks all over the Earth.
you have given me nightmares
its the green stuff in minecraft
For those on a diet: eating more is better than eating nothing to lose weight. Eating more will speed up your metabolism thus making you lose weight, eating less will force your body to slow metabolism in order to conserve energy thus slowing the weight loss process. But you can’t just eat anything you have to eating protein because it is harder for your body to digest thus burning calories. 5 small protein meals a day will keep you full, speed up your metabolism and make you want to eat nothing extra because you feel full most of the time. But remember to drink lots of water.
Does anyone here have unique workout routines? If so can you tell us what your routine is?
Tbh dance is my workout lol. I’m dancing 13+ hours a week. But I also do conditioning once a week (prolly should do more), and that consists of cardio, abs, arms, legs, literally every muscle till you die.
Pro tip! I do my best to stay off caffeine on exercise days. Let’s say 0 is the base amount of water you have in your body. You wake up at 0. Caffeine actually dehydrates more. So if you drink coffee when you get up, you’re at -10. Now you need to drink double the water to get to the regular mornings +10. But maybe you only drink that much by the afternoon, which definitely means your dehydrated.
So anyways, hopefully that made sense. But drinking healthily is important.
I play football, table tennis and badminton regularly (football 3 times a week, table tennis and badminton 2 times a week)
So that’s 10 hours total, but that’s not considering walking in the nature.
Next year I am planning to work out in a special place in my school but that’s gotta be instead of playing football.
Yes, don’t drink coffee!
It’s much healthier to have a good sleeping schedule or just do some sports in the morning.
Also, eating healthy food is essential for a healthy body. Never think that sports will help you if you eat fast food or smth.
I sit at the computer at click the mouse
Relatable
Sometimes I even move my eyes slightly
play soccer for 6+ hours a week, drink high calcium protein shakes (cuz I’m short asf) and then repeat (also do stretches so I don’t injure myself)
play soccer for 5+ hours a week, drink fresh milk and some cereal in the morning and then exercise with my friends.
Coffee isn’t bad for you, however it does dehydrate you, so I recommend drinking 500ml to a litre when you first wake up (water), then coffee later during the day (1.5 hours after)
What about tea? I suppose that’d be similar to coffee in terms of hydration
I mean, herbal tea is literally water with flavor. But if it’s black or green or whatever is has caffeine which dehydrates. So that works the same
