, and why they are used 
. I’ve seen many people use it; I’ve gotten many notification including “20chars” 
, but ironically, I don’t know what it’s for 
. Here are some examples

“20 characters” is used when someone has nothing to say, but has a frantic desire to spam the topic.
Do you know that “DFTT” means “Don’t feed the troll” and the whole phrase is exactly 20 characters?
